Protocol COVID-19
I am Arantza Uriarte, owner of Casa Rural Arboliz.
The current COVID-19 context forces us to establish protocols in order to be able to offer you our services safely. That they can enjoy the experience in a safe environment without risk of contagion and that we can also carry out our activity safely.
YOUR RESERVATION
• You will receive in your email, the confirmation of the reservation with the security measures implemented in our accommodation.
• The reservation will be canceled free of charge in the event that for reasons of COVID 19 the government does not allow mobility. The rest of the cancellations will be penalized with the percentages of the cancellation policy of the rural house.
• Before arrival we will send you tourist information links, thus avoiding the delivery of paper at the establishment.
• The invoice will be sent to you by email.
RECEPTION AND WELCOM
• The family and the person who works in the house have been trained on good practices to prevent contagion by covid19.
• The person in charge of receiving you will maintain safety distances and will do so with a mask.
• We have placed hand sanitizing solutions in public areas.
• If required, we can provide you with a liquid disinfectant solution to apply to any surface or object that may have been contaminated.
• The keys to the rooms will always be deposited in a container with disinfectant at the end of the stay.
DURING THE STAY
• We will maintain all preventive measures, social distancing and use of masks.
• The decoration of the house and rooms will be a little more austere, since many decorative elements cannot be left in them.
• In order to be able to clean your room safely, we ask that you try to leave it as tidy as possible, in order to be able to clean it as hygienically as possible, otherwise daily cleaning will not be carried out.
• They will be assigned a table in the dining room for the entire stay, only use the assigned area and thus avoid accidental contagion.
OUR CLEANING PRACTICES
• The accommodation has been ventilated and disinfected so that your stay is safe.
• Once the guest leaves the accommodation (checkout) we clean and disinfect with OZONE, preparing the room for the next fully disinfected guest.
• Common areas are cleaned and disinfected several times a day.
• At all times we use disinfectant products fully approved for these circumstances on all surfaces, common areas and rooms.
• All the textile material, both the one that is washed in the Rural House, as well as the one that is taken to our external laundry of our total trust, will be washed at more than 60 degrees and for a minimum of one hour.

• This manual is NOT intended to replace the indications established by other organizations, so it is important to follow the safety and hygiene instructions established by the health authorities at all times.
• We work for your safety, so it is important to comply with the directions and warnings of our staff at all times. In the same way, you must inform us of possible risks and dangers that you have been able to identify.
BEFORE TRAVELLING
For your safety and that of everyone, it is important that you check your temperature and characteristic symptoms of Covid-19, before starting the trip.
Pay special attention to the main symptoms:
• Fever
• Fatigue
• Dry cough
• Aches or pains
• Nasal congestion
• Throat pain
• Loss of smell.
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
• Remember to come with your own personal protection equipment: mask and disinfectant gel, using it whenever you have to pass through common areas.
• Upon arrival at the house you can disinfect the luggage.
• In any case, it is recommended to disinfect your hands with disinfectant gel at the entrance and exit of the accommodation.
COMMON ZONES
• It is recommended, in common or transit areas, to avoid touching surfaces, except those that are for exclusive use.
• Whenever you meet a person outside your family or accommodation, please keep a distance of at least 2 meters away. If you must cross in a tight spot, give way or ask them to wait until you have passed.
